hey josh was wondering if u could the story behind your elbow injury and how it affected your training etc... im a big fan i remmember when u did that 445 over head press that was insane to say the least lol it looks like ur about to perform a squat then u over head press it instead... im struggling thru some injuries myself just wanted to here your story thanks
Anthony,
The elbow was from excessive wear and tear, I could barely move it literally. Flexion was to 70 degrees and extension was 35 degrees shy of full extension. The first surgery did hardly anything, the second has been successful. The overhead presses really inflamed my elbow. I believe mainly from the bastsardized rack position I held at the commencement of the lift. I loved overhead presses; there is nothing that makes you feel more powerful than a heavy overhead press. Is your doc recommending surgery?

Be Safe, Josh Bryant
