Harry The full moon and Halloween made for a busy week end. Drunks, domestics, DUIs and other assorted silliness. OU had a home game and could have gone to Norman, but no, they had to stay at home, get drunk and fight. And course, then they would call us to solve their problems, while they were still drunker than Cooter Brown. It is Tuesday and I'm still worn out. And don't forget the time change. My kids use to get up about 7am. Now they are up at 6am and think we should be up with them. Last week's assignment went well (5x4x35, 18, 5, 2). My conditioning work has been lacking this last month. I'll be correcting that issue promptly. Ready for this week's assignment. Hope you didn't wake up and find yourself in a dumpster this weekend! Fred
Fred,
Did you tell me you were a police officer? Dude, if you are....I have a tip for you, ready? Jason Pegg, its all his fault, no matter what it is.
Yep, that time change has EVERYONE out here screwed up even more than we previously were, collectively as a state. Oh well...such is life.
As for those full moons. Damn it! I grow freak'n hair everywhere, my throat is sore from HOWLING, and those dumpsters can be kind of embarrassing dependent on where they are located.
On to your training. Lets seperate those weighted pulls and pulls for reps on different weeks.
So, since this is an odd week (1st week of the month) let's do: 5x5x35, and next week we'll rep 20 followed by 2 sets of 10.
since we cut the training by half in terms of time alotted for the pulls, you now can add conditioning? : )

I've gone to the different pull-ups on odd and even weeks., Harry Selkow
