Hey Harry,

I know it hasn't been a full week of doing the agile 8, but I have another question for you. My hips feel good after doing the agile 8, but I know I am screwing them up at my job all day. I am a desk jockey and basically sit at a computer all day. I am guessing doing rollovers into v-sits in my office would be frowned upon!! So my question is, do you have any tips or things I can do during that day that will help prevent me from undoing the progress I make from doing Agile 8 stuff when I am not at work? Thanks Harry!

This suppose to NOT sound sarcastic...Get up and walk around! Let people see you. Have meetings face to face, and stand when you have them. (That way you won't be long winded, or give them a chance to be long winded). Move the fuck around, instead of sitting on your ass all day.

If you can work sitting down, you can do the same work standing up.
