11/6/2009 8:22:49 AM - Pete
Feels completely wrong to even write this as I am a Weak-ass-bitch (but it looks like I've actually am stronger than you in the dead, but miles away in everything else...) but here goes...
Why are you deadlifting in the shoes you wear in your most recent video? It looks like they are some sort of sneaker with a soft heel. Looks like you on all of your attempts sort of get thrown a bit forward in the beginning of the lift, try some other shoes and see if such a simple thing might help you? I guess you already know this being who you are but perhaps such a simple thing as changing shoes could help you with that sort small, forward jerk you get in the start, looks like your weight gets too much over the bar...chucks, metal deadlift shoes or socks or whatever that gets your balance better I think would help...
Oh well, sorry to even bug you with this, but, hey...
Like your log, its great so keep up the good work!!!
Greetings from a cold and snowy northern part of sweden!
Pete,
Lol. The first sentence cracked me up! The reason I was dead lifting in my Nike Shox is because I was too damn lazy to walk back to the house and get my wrestling shoes. I glad you said something though, trust me your not the first in the past couple days! Remember I am a bench phag. Thanks for reading my log and to care enough to straighten me out. I promise I will not be as lazy next week and will adhere to you guys about the shoes. Thanks again Pete and keep reading my log to see my progress. Sweden, awesome!

Its the shoes!...., Joey Smith
