hi chris, about deadlifting heavy, i always read that its the most taxing lift on the central nervous system, so people dont do it often, but wouldn't it also make us stronger with proper rest and recovery. for ME work would it be ok to pull from different hights each week and work up to a 1 or 3 rep max, i feel my CNS get stronger this way.
thanks

I would pull from the floor 1 out of every 3-5 weeks and would pull speed only every fouth or fifth week to get a little relief..

Pay attention to overtraining,
Chris Clark
