Ache/Pain, at my right hip area. It is in crease when I squat down in front. The ache is when my right leg is bearing the weight, walking, squatting, lifting the knee straight up, and when I press on it. What is it? What corrective measures/exercises will be needed? Thanks for your time!!

Roger,

Are you raw dogging it with a wide stance? Also, what kind of hip mobility and flexibility work are you doing right now?

Let me know,
Jason Pegg
