Anyone who knows nutrition
Fats have the poteintial to raise testosterone levels as well as maintain the proper production of certain sex hormones.
How would this apply to an athlete using AAS? Seems like eating them would be like beating a dead horse. And this is health benefits and heart benefits aside. I think this is an interesting topic. What changes would be made for someone looking to gain mass who is enhanced?

Here is something for you to consider. There are essential amino acids. There are Essential fatty acids. There is NO ESSENTIAL CARBOHYDRATE. Eat your fats, just don't be like Wendler and swallow pork sword after pork sword. Or ham. Mostly because it tastes like shit. try to get your fats from fish oils, and plant fats, ie avacados, various seeds and nuts, etc. You will be good.
Youre right. Going on the juice kind of defeats the purpose of endogenous hormone production, but to cut out the fats in your diet is ridiculous.
