When doing good mornings, should the bar and hand placement be the same for my squat set-up?

Definitely an individual preference thing.

Just remember, if you are using the same weight on the bar:

Stance narrow, bar high (as in full squats) - longer moment arm - more intense

Stance wide, low bar (as in PL squats) - better leverage, better advantage

Again, this is assuming weight is same
