mark , i just got MRI anabolic switch for ten bucks as a college kid you cant beat it, the thing i was wondering it has creatine and other bcaas but it says take pre and post workout usually that means the company wants you to take more ,what do you think? also there is no energy like ingredients but its supposed to give you energy, so why would i take an energy supplement after training? sorry for the confusing questions, the biggest one would be before or after workout?
Hey Pauly,
No doubt on the ten dollar snag there.
The energy they are talking about is coming from the carbohydrate source and the bcaa will add a slight boost but it mostly the carbs source. It will not be like a stimulant buzz and it has no taurine in it from the label.
In this case, they are right on their recommendation for pre and post. I would only tak 1.5 scoops and add 15g of protein to it and then take the full 3 scoops after with 30-40 grams of protein extra.

Thanks, Marc Bartley
