when train raw on the squat, is box squats a good or bad idea. i have still been doing my de box squats and some glute/ham and 45 back hypers and some time pull throughs on this day. should i cut out the box squats and just do the other exersices. on my me squat and dead day i have been rotating two week of squat variations and the following week i will do a goodmorning or dead movement. one of the squat week i do low box squats.
for your DE work box squats are fine. For your ME work I highly suggest your squat variations are free raw squats, getting good at box squats does not guarantee a good free raw squat come meet time.
