I get the NOW brand of coral calcium, from either netrition.com or nutraplanet.com
www.TrueProtein.com has just recently added it to their site though, so I'll probably be getting it from them in the future.

will BSN True mass make me gain fat weight?
Anything wil make you gain fat weight if your caloric intake is too high. As far as doing it alone, I would say no, but it will give a good sized bump to your daily caloric intake.
My question to you is why would you want to take a weight gainer if you are worried about a little fat gain? If the rest of your diet is under control, you can gain muscle, but you cannot do it without some fat gain.

Ive been cutting for sometime and got myself down to about 11 percent bf at 215 lbs. Im now going to start gradually clean bulking up again, im going to start a cycle of m-drol by cel(a superdrol clone) My question is how much should I increase my calories to start. I know generally I would increase them gradually, but since ill be running the m-drol I know I will need more to maximize the gains from my cycle. How do you think I should go about this. On a normal lifting day im at around 2700 right now on my cut. Normally Id go up to about 3500 to start the bulk, but I was thinkin around 4000 to start your thoughts are greaty appreciated, thanks marc hope training is going well!!
Training is go well again. I am pleased and more focused.
4000 is fine. Light on the carbs on non training. I think if you keep it mostly protein and alitte extra fats on the low carb days and try a high carb load before and after training with alittle lower protein and see if that punches you up with alittle less fat gain.
This will require alittle more precise on your nutrition but I do think it would work well.

I have been doing some research on nor 19 products and post cycle therapy. Some sites say you should not touch this without having a serm for pct while some say you could use an otc pct. What are your thoughts on this.
Serms are stronger and work much faster(no clomid though)or a inhibitor like Exemestane
THe otc do work and honestly most of the guys who I talk with are very happy with the otc ones. You do have to dose up higher but if your cycle is not too nuts on dosage to start with,there is no reason why you should go the serm route or unless you are extremely sensitive with estrogen build up.

I just purchased some of the finaflex 550 and was going to run a 30 day cycle. My only question is I have ran stuff before and it seems when I come off I tend to increase my body fat even when using a pct. Is there anyway to prevent this or is always going to happen? Thanks
Try adding a anti aromatase or blocker to the mix the entire cycle and pct. That should eliminate some estrogen buildup and decrease some fat storage. You could clean up the diet and carb cyclewhen you come off as well.

I was thinking of running orafinadrol with either chloradrol or dymethazine. What are your thoughts?
Oralfinadrol is the tren type prohormone and dymethazine is two superdrol molecules bonded together till it hits your gut and they seperate.
If really depends on what you want. Alittle size and some cutting or more size.C50 and oralfindrol would not be as much on the gains. Less toxicity
Dymethazine and oralfindrol would def be more jack. More toxicity on the body.
Or you could do C50 at 100mg and oralfindrol adn get about the same thing with alittle less toxicity then the dym/oral combo.
More jack is always good.,

Besides Tribulus Terrestris are there any other suppliments worth taking to boost natural test production?
Stinging nettle, horny goat weed, aventia savina, long jack, white button mushroom , DIM is a estrogen suppressor that I have been asked about lately too.
Product wise,The Beast Super Test is good one. TZ3 from scifit is right behind it. Tribex blue has a nice combo. The Beast has the most of everything based on label and feedback from customers.If you are going to add the trib in, then go with the TZ3

Got your reply and thanks. I started the Ch. 50 today. Just go 1 pill for the next month. I remember saying one could double up? First time I've ever taking something such as this though. I am going to journal the next month. I ask many questions so please bare with me. The simple ones though which I probably already know, but need reassurance. 1. Will I have to do a PCT once completed. 2. How long should I go over before going back on again and should I take any trib in between? 3. Can I take a pre-workout booster too (Superpump is what I have available right now) or maybe a ginseng, cup o' coffee, etc.? I still plan on doing the whey with honey for pre and post, but I am nixing the creatine mono?
P.S. Thanks for the sample too. Much obliged and I am greatful for your help.
No problem on the questions my friend.
1. If you stick to the one tab 50 mg dose then no. If you do the 100mg, I would go with one.
2. Wait 8 to 12 weeks. You can take the trib in between if you would like. Keep the dose high, otherwise it is not as effective.
3. You can mix any preworkout, ginseng. You can use the creatine too but keep the dose low just for recovery at 5g total.

This may be the lamest question you have ever been asked but I am going through with it anyway. I have read several times that you recommend tribulus at 4g per day as a natrual way to raise test levels. My question is what are the signs that this is working? Other then a blood test to measure levels, how do I properly evaluate the results of this supplement? Recovery, strength boost, etc? Thanks for your time!
You will see a small to medium increase in both strength and recovery. some additional libdo enhancement will occur. THe biggest impact is a better attitude toward training and more focus while training. Throw in some tight nutrition some good gains will happen.

Got the Estro Suppress; should I stick to the 2 pills a day recommendation? Thanks for your answer to my 1/15/10 question; my diet is pretty good. Are the gyno issues related with these supps attributed more to the damage/blockage to the estrogen receptors, liver processing the estrogen or that the natural T has not come back yet?
Its probablly a combo of both really. Staying on oral versions or too high a dose for extended periods without appropriate time off and propere pct.
Even when the t levels come back, you may atill have some left. Additionally, I would say you had alittle to start to.
Move up te Estro to 3 a days if you feel like progress is slow.

marc, i understand that there are protocols for taking prohormones, and to be honest, i'm not interested enough in these supplements to go to those lengths. is there something simple, and inexpensive that your average joe can use to affect his test, estrogen levels? would a guy benefit from taking an estro suppress supplement by itself? just wondering if there is a way to get a slight edge, that wouldn't mess with my body or my wallet to such a great extent. babies gotta eat ya know! thanks for your time.
You can take a estrogen suppressor that will help some. SInce price is the most prevalent issue I would get a can of Biotest Surge recovery or Biorthym After Glow or Vpx NOsythasize and take 2 scoops pre training and 2 post before you leave the gym. This is one of the simplest way to get a edge.Your performance will improve and you will gain some weight. If you can get alittle extra then add in Sci Fit Estro Suppress.

I have been reading your ongoing Q & A with folks about the use of prohormones and I finally decided to write in and ask your opinion of something.
I am a mid-40s non-competitive lifter, having been lifting for about a decade. I bottle of CEL H-drol came into my possession and I was thinking about trying it. I have never used any gear (either kind) or prohormone before and had heard that H-drol was a good "beginner" prohormone. I am healthy with no health issues. Do you think in my case, this is worth taking? Also, I hear so much about losing gains made while 'on', how significant is that and what can one do to minimize it?

As with any gains, you have to support them from a nutrition and pct standpoint.
Most guys lose gains out of laziness and lost motivation when coming off in training, nutrition and pct. The first two almost always go out the window. THe body always wants to go back to what it knows(homestasis)If you don't do the basics to support the new muscle gains, then the body reverts back to what it was pre hormone.
Pct is a stablizer is all. After the artifical hormone is out of the system there is not enough(usually) being produced naturally to help hold the new muscle up. Done before completion of the cycle, it will make a difference in training, motivation to train, etc.
I would take the minimal dose at 50mg for the month round and do just tribulus towards the end. You can always go up in dosage in later cycle. Since you are fresh as I call it, you should have some nice 5-8lb muscle gains.

Is taking tribulus terrestris safe for a 21 year old college football player? I was thinking about taking Biotest's "Tribex Gold" but am worried about suppressing my natural test production after I stop using it.
Also, if it is safe (and recommended) what would a good protocol be for taking it for a lean (sub 10% BF) 200 pound male?

Better check the ban list first. I don't think you need it at only 21 though. Have your blood work done first and ask if your test is low or not. If it is you can take about 2grams to start and run for no more then 6 to 8 weeks. Then take a extended break.

i am taking comp edge labs hdrol... this is my 3rd time using it.... most i ever took was 100mg for 6 weeks , had blood work done 5 weeks later and everything was in normal range . cholesterol , kidney and liver function.... then i did it for 75 mg a day for 8 weeks.... this third time i wana go up to 125 mg do u think tthat id get any more gains from it? just for a few weeks
I would say you are probablly tapped out on that. You will more then likely gain just what you lost on your last break and maybe alittle more.
So gains would not be as good at the higher dose. I think you should mix it up with another probablly a superdrol(bradley-asgard micrdrol as a example) or a tren type if you have some(the fina or rage rv5 sicne it is already a combo is a good choice.

Question on cycles. I completed a one month use of RG5 at the end of December (felt great and had some very promising gains). I have a few pills left of the PCT you recommended so basically February would then be the month where I don't take anything. My plan is to start up on RG5 again for March.
Anything I should do during the upcoming off month other than eatwell and lift. Should I look to stay away from maximums at this stage and do a little de-load? Not training for anything competitavley.
Once I begin again since this will be my second time around, is there anything different or just "repeat".

Yeah just keep it clean. Bcaas, creatines , and other product along those lines are fine
I would not stop max effort work. You may do less singles and more 3s and 5s.

I finally placed an order for the Cholorodrol 50. I'm on a tight budget for the rest of the month so I only ordered 1 box and should be starting on it last this week or early next. So I figure I have 2 weeks to start. I was just curious despite reviewing/researching previous Q&A discussions how it should be taken and how clean should my nutrition be (% of carbs, fats). My goal is to add muscle yet at the same time begin to lean out as well. I'm going to keep a daily log with all the usual "vitals" as it will be my first time taking this product. It's been about 6 weeks since I've been off the Trib, Nettle, H. Goat Stack. Looking forward to the adventure and thanks for all the input.
P.S. Have had some good educational conversations with my students recently about the importance of training and nutrition, but when they get into the supplement questions I direct them to this site to research and tell 'em flat out to save the hardcore stuff for when they're in their "twilight" years...
This is a easy one. Since you have one box, 1 tab about a hour before.
Well, the tighter the nutrition and timing is, the better the results. If you eat very clean then your body can spend time repairing itself instead of working on breaking down poor food and trying to find salvageable nutrients for rcovery, growth and fat loss. THe leaner you want it to be, the less carbs you will take(except around training times) but you will have to up the protein and good fats to compensate for the caloric loss of the carbs. A nice split might be 30% carb/50 protien and 20 fat over 6 meals.
Or you could just get Shelby to do the leg work for you,

I have a weird question. I know you've been receiving lots of questions regarding prohormones, and noticed that you usually add some info about PCT in your replies.
Would it be beneficial to a lifter who doesn't cycle prohormones to use the products listed in your PCT? Will this alone give that lifter something in the way of strength or size gains?
Yes, they will help elevate testosterone levels in the body. I would do the 4grams of tribulus and mixed it some horny goat weed/aventa savina mixture. You can run this 4 to 6 weeks. It will not be a big jump in test, but it will be noticable and your recovery will be better. Follow the pre and post nutrition as well. Find a good bcaa/carb/creatine mix like Biotest Surge recovery, vpx nosyntha size or biorhythm afterglow. take two scoops before you train and 2 scoop before you leave the gym

Hey Marc, im 6 ft 230 around 17% bf im looking to get down below 10%. im currently carb cycling and doing cardio 4 to 5 days aweek. My question is what prohormones would you suggest to help me get down to 10%? Also any other supplements such as fat burners? thanks for you help!
Anything left with nor 19 is good. We have a few left but you would have to call it in. 803 788 2852. Axis labs makes a product called furazadrol and Winztrol by Juggarnaut. If you combo a nor 19 with either of the latter two you will get some nice bf cutting and some gains. You can also do teh Axis and Juggarnaut for a good combo.
