any one have injuries to tendon sheaths in fingers

that leads to like a pea size bump.I wonder if its

from weak grip strength from to much deadlifting?

any help or info much appreciated

i

I actually had the same injury, hurt like hell.

I got it when I was tearing tons of cards. It was a bump on the tendon of my ringer finger. I massaged it everyday and took a break, it eventually went away.

I would wear straps for a while and massage the area. Ice would probably help as well.
