Was just playing this training session by ear because of my hip but it wasn't feeling too bad and since I was training with guys I hadn't seen in awhile the competitive juices got flowing a bit so I ended up running it up to 606lbs which for all things considered isn't too bad for a rock bottom narrow stance squat, especially considering how sporadic and light my squat training has been recently. I am hoping that I will be able to start squatting wide again before long and that within a few months I'll be fully back and ready to hit a big PR at my next meet.
