hi harry, thanks for the '8 weeks to Monstrous Shoulders' routine, do you want me to do this to prepare me for the pull ups,
i passed the mobility test and almost touch each hands together behind my back.
with the Active Impingement Test does the elbow have to be directly in front of the face, i can rise it up and down with 1 arm behind the back and other palm on shoulder, but my elbow points to the side just slightly, this is because when i try and push it closer like the lady in the picture with elbow in front of face my front delts and chest start to cramp. but can do it. do i still need to do this routine for 8 weeks.

Do the second part of that program. I want to make sure we are taking care of everything and cause no imbalances.

Its one thing to do a shit load of pull-ups and another to do it for many years without shoulder issues.
