Hi Harry
You recommended that I do "Monster Shoulders," but I had a few questions about the program. I incorporate a lot of the exercises into my training routine already, so is it really necessary to do the program?
If I do do the program, it says that I should perform this workout twice a week for eight weeks. Is this in addition to my normal routine? It may be hard for me to get into in the gym six days a week so if I need to cut a day out or modify a day which one should it be (ME Upper or lower or RE upper or lower)
Thanks for pointing me to the article. I learned a lot.
John,
If you are already doing a lot of the exercises then you are "off the hook". I want to make sure we aren't causing any issues with the increase of volume that will be happening with the pull-ups. As long as your 'ders (as in shoulders) feel good, then don't worry 'bout it.
