Recent training video
Nothing too exciting.
Started doing more conventional pulls once I started (slow) dieting the beginning of September. More specifically touch n' go deadlifts w/ straps with and without the belt. When I started I did 365x10 w/ a belt at 7-8lbs heavier. I could have probably done more initially, but I was still guarding my back.
I can't use a belt anymore ... none of them fit anymore.
I am hopeful this will only continue to improve. I would like to compete some day pulling conventional, since I initially went away from it after I hurt my back last year.
Currently between 185-190lbs.
