Harry, You did not forget my sit-up question from a few month ago (http://asp.elitefts.com/qa/default.asp?qid=103075&tid=). You provided guidence which I appriciate greatly. Now for another question:
If I want to do 60 sit ups in 60 seconds would it be best to work on getting the total reps first, then work on the rep a second aspect or the other way around?
Thanks for your time
WILL R
Will,
Whew! Wasn't quite sure about that for a moment.
As for your question: Do BOTH.
One session just get the reps. In another work speed of movement. But really...you should be able to rip one off a second for sixty. Unless you are Jason Pegg. In that case you'd be lucky to get one every DAY for sixty days.
Governor Arnold talking about Jason Pegg....

AAAAAAAaaaa hahahahahahahaha, Harry Selkow
