Oh sorry, I should've included that in the other question.

Been training for around 2-3 years, weighting around 175 atm at 5'6 ripped. I've alternated between bodybuilding and powerlifting, right now I'm on 5/3/1. Prior to that I was on FST-7 (strong difference) I have no injuries whatsoever.

Bench- 400 for 3 reps
Deadlift- 600 for 3 reps
Squat- 600 for 3 reps.
The reason I can't go higher is because my shitty gym ran out of weights.

I was considering running Sheiko 37 now, and when I'm closer to the meet, change to 5/3/1 to test maxes, or do Sheiko 32.

Thank you for your time

Jean,

No worries. Although, I have to say that I'm strangely "worried" about the numbers you are hitting in training. I assume that these are not raw, and are probably multi-ply, is this correct? If they were raw, you'd basically be the strongest raw 181lb lifter in the US right now.

If you do claim to be a raw lifter (with 2-3 years of TOTAL training), than I have to say you are either lying, or really fooling yourself in the gym.

If you you're a multi-ply lifter, I don't know that either of these programs would be the most ideal for you. My limited knowledge of multi-ply lifting tells me that you need more experience handling heavier weight and using accommodating resistance.

I would try submitting to Al Caslow if you're a multi-ply lifter looking to use Sheiko.

Thanks,
Matt McGorry
