To Jean asking about whether to do Sheiko or the 5/3/1 for competing raw soon: Do Sheiko #29 first followed up with #37 and then do a peaking cycle #32 if you have enough time. If not do #29 followed with #37. For training the big 3, sheiko is much faster in getting more on your total than the 5/3/1. Yes, I have done both and currently doing Sheiko.

Thanks for your input, but I stand by my previous statement in that more information was necessary before making an informed decision.

For example, if you read his last post, you can understand my confusion as to whether or not he is an equipped or raw lifter.
