For Evan Chandler - Start her with core lifts for a coulpe months to get her confident around weights, then transition her to more feminen-specific workouts. My fiance worked out with me but she got stale with my workouts. I took her to www.figureathlete.com and her eyes lit up. That was the look she was going for. Showing her those girls (which I enjoyed quite a bit myself) and how they have adapted the core exercises to enhance the feminen physique really lit a fire. She's been using templates from that site succesfully for over 2 years now. She's 5'7, 135, and her numbers are 165 (ass to the ground) / 125 / 185, which I think is pretty awesome. She is able to embarass most high school tough guys at the gym.

Furthermore, if you think she has a nice backside and legs now, wait until she starts to squat, lunge, and dead lift regularly. DAMN is all I have to say.
