As I see it, the judges let it go, if there was something to be let go, so the lift is fine. I was unaware of an instant replay in powerlifting. In fact, I've never seen a play over-turned in any sport after the game was over that changed the outcome of the game. Since there is no replay in powerlifting, I don't see how the lift could be reviewed and the judgement changed. But, in this ridiculous sport, there are too many people who are extremely weak of mind and of body who like to criticize those who actually train hard and lift some heavy weights. So, since they suck as people and and lifters, their only defense against the guys that used to stuff them in lockers is to pick apart their lifts on the internet.

As for Dave's lift, he got whites, so congratulations to him.
