Sooo, I always watch Rocky IV for motivation before my meets. A while ago I decided to demonstrate the ab exercise that Rocky did while training to fight Drago in Siberia. I was sore for few days afterwards just from doing a few reps.

Don't laugh until you try it.

Single Cybex Hip Ab Abduction- 110x5, 170x8, 180x8
Adduction- 110x5, 180x8, 190x8

EZ bar curls- 65x5, 85x5, 105x8, 115x8

TKEs on Cybex rotary hip- 160x15, 170x15

Static overhand grip holds w/Fat bar- 135x30 secs, 225x20 secs x3

Single leg press calf raises- 180x12, 270x12, 320x12

Green band shoulder traction x30 secs x2
