Front plate raises 45x20,100x20
Leaning lateral raises 50x20,20
Band pull aparts pink band x 40,40

Just some quick shoulder stuff this morning. I couldn't sleep so i got out of bed at 5am and trained in my forty something degree garage and loved every minute of it. I like getting the day started early. I just feel much more productive that way. The down side is that I am going to be crashing by dinner time if I don't manage to squeeze a nap in today lol.
