Harry,
Would it be a good idea to do all my conditioning(hill sprints, jump rope, kettlebell swings, etc.) in the A.M. then do all my strength work in the P.M.? I am currently following 5/3/1. My goal is to get to where Wendler is right now:strong, lean, and in good condition. I will have at least 12 hours in between the two sessions

Andrew,

Nope! Do it the other way around if you can.

We have a Jimmy for sale,

Jiminey Jimmy for sale....Won't you buy him, take him home and try him....Jimmy for sale!!!!

See in the window, Jimmy....our Jimmy. He's handsome, eloquent, intelligent, sweet...he's really ideal!

Don't you want a lil' Jimmy you can call your own, a lil' Jimmy to take home when you're all alone....

How much is that Jimmy in the window?

That's our Jimmy...he is really (no shitting here) cool,
Harry Selkow
