Greetings, how can I alter the basic 4-day westside program to be directed towards a kickboxer more then a powerlifer? Thanks.

With the MMA fighters I have worked with...we all but did away with the ME stuff and focused on DE work, kettlebells, medicine ball and plometrics...We cut the rest intervals and focused some on grip and biceps and the special muscles used in MMA,,,That being said...keep your speed suff and chane the ME stuff to Repetition work and plyometrics.
