Big Matt, a few years back you gave me some good advice about losing my lifting straps when training the deadlift. I havent touched them in over a year and my grip has finally gotten to where I need it. Well, for shits and giggles I threw them on this past week and I basically pulled a 70lb PR on my dead. Not only that but I pulled a 3 rep PR on my previous PR without straps. This can only bring me to one conclusion...
Straps are gay and are CHEATING! Anyone who uses them should not be allowed to train ever again!

On a side note, you being a Bama and Cowboys fan, and me being a Vols and Eagles fan, it looks like this Sunday we may get our second close rivalry matchup of the season. GO BIRDS!

Straps are like condoms. They shouldn't be worn.

I didn't even know the Eagles were still a professional team.

Matt Rhodes
