ok imma take a whack at what you mean here lol

"I like hip flexion moves one day, Trunk flexion the next, followed by the third day of Transverse Plane stuff, and then day four very "functional" type stuff. (Ab roller, Turkish Get Ups, and the likes) Then take a day or two off, and repeat."

hip flexion = a crunch type movement
trunk flexion = a leg raise type
transverse = ??oblique??

am i right?? i took a stab at it.

Travis,

Hip Flex: Suspendend straight leg raise, knee ups, reverse ab curl.

Trunk Flex: anything that looks like a "sit-ups". Prefer to do these over a Bosu or stability ball. Pull-down abs...like these standing.

Transverse Plane, yes obliques sorta. Twisting motion....Russian Twist, wood chopping type movements.

Make sense to ya?

You cool with the "functional" stuff?

These are my wife's abs. Avril has THE best "8" pack,
Harry Selkow
