how much does eating affect strength levels, say if i go hungry a lot of the day not on purpose or if my stomach is rumbling when im going to bed at night, for example, can strength levels still rise steadily?

cheers.

Your strength levels can rise from neurological adaptations but that will only get you so far. You need fuel to grow and regenerate the muscles in the body. Simply, you need to eat.
