Hello coach, how was Thanksgiving? I thought that I already sent you the report, but I forgot to check in the email (turns out I didn't send it), so the report's a little late. No worries though as it's a deload week.

Last week:
Penlay rows (3 x 8 x 135 lb), Inverted rows (3 x 12, you wanted me to remind you to have me add weight after this) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AkjG983oSs
Pullups (4 x 5) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0DRVp1Z7yY

So what's next, coach? Our goal is to reach 10 pullups in 1 set. I'll be switching to a 3-day per week schedule so that my next deload falls right on my 1 week post-exam break. So I think rest would be even less of an issue. I'll also be doing barbell complexes after every session for conditioning (there's no sled-type stuff at my gym), instead of on upper body days only.

Thanks for the advice on getting rest. My ISP helped me last week by killing the connection for not paying 3 months' bills. So between choosing sleep and studying when at my room, I definitely did the former. My dad is now doing fine at home, but not yet too fit to go to work. But he's smiling again, which definitely helps my mood as well.

I'm also trying to put more leg drive into the bench, and I think that really helped me last week. And I think I could push even more.

Thanks!

Amir,

Nice job here! I can already tell that a transformation is taking place with your body.

Your arms are looking more "jacked" your glutes and legs are looking like an athlete's, and you attitude is "fired up".

This week:

Penlay rows: 3 x 10 x 135 lbs

Inverted rows: 3 x 8 x 20 lbs (have that guy that's holding the stability ball hold the plates on your chest.)

Pullups: 5 x 5

Glad to hear your Dad is doing well too. Give him my BEST!

,
Harry Selkow
