Two questions about the multi-cultural workout you did.

Cuban press is a rotator cuff and shoulder stabilty exercise. Start like your doing an upright row and as the bar gets to your rib cage or lower pecs rotate the bar back over your head. You don't really have to press the bar from there just return to the starting position. Start out by using very light weights.
Hindu squats are bodyweight squat that you perform by decending straight down into a catchers position touch your hands to the ground and comeback up. This exercise will get blood into your quads faster then a power squat. I do sets of 20-50 reps mainly to help with recovery, but they also help me with conditioning.
I guess you could do an entire workout filled with stuff from differnt contries.
German volume training
Roman chair sit ups
Swiss ball work
