Could you elaborate a little on John Combs' plan, page 220 in your ebook? From what I understood, it was meant to be purely for strength, but he was happily surprised by gains in muscle mass also? Thanks Josh.
Carl-Hey bud! Hope all is well and great to hear from you. John had fallen into the bodybuilding trap of using the same weights over and over not upping his workout weights, also the assistance work was pretty high volume and different than what he had been doing………..this forced growth
