What are the 10 mobility movements you are doing? This an area I should incorporate as my hips and back get tighter each year. Congrats on the meet and leaning up.
I do this:
Twunk twist on all fours
lying leg raise
lying side leg raise
push up plus
One or two more but i dont know the names LOL
Tis has been a big plus for me doing these. Mike Robertson set this up for me based on my own issues.
