Hi Clint,

I asked Zane this Q and he referred me on to you (

What are some of the adjustments you can make to a stiff shirt like the Jack? All I know really is to pull the collar down for each attempt, but I think i've over-jacked before and had the collar too low as the weight didn't seem to 'pop' at all.

My current max in shirt is 505 @242 using the Jack if that makes any difference, but can touch 420.

Hi Dan,

I think that you should try twisting the sleeves of your shirt to get a little more pop.

Have a training partner rotate your sleeve counter clockwise (as seen from your viewpoint). After you get it twisted, see if you can cuff your sleeve to lock it in and hold it in place. If you cant get the sleeve cuffed, it can still help. Cuffing the sleeve just locks it in more.

Let me know how this works and we can take it from there. Feel free to hit me up with additional questions/feedback.

Clint Smith
