Josh I really enjoy your log. What is your training split right now and how many days a week are you training? I am trying to figure out how many days i should train a week. Thanks


This is what has been working for me with my schedule, training 4 days a week right now:

Sunday- Arms and Calves

Monday- Back

Tues- OFF (cardio)

Wed- Legs

Thurs- OFF (cardio)

Fri- Chest and Shoulders

Sat- OFF (cardio)

This set up has been working well for me. I think here in the next couple of weeks John Meadows is going to switch me up to a 5 day set up. So I will have to change some things around to make sure I have certain days as my OFF days.
