Do you remember training someone by the name of Allyson Goble? She is now a trainer/strength coach @bodytribe in sacramento CA. I am considering hiring her to help me improve my bench technique, I have chosen her over other coaches at bodytribe because in her bio it states that she trained with or got coaching by Dave Tate (who I consider to be one of the best in the game).

Any thoughts on Allyson Goble particularly her knowledge of the bench press (and the other 2 powerlifts as well i suppose?)

Thank you for your time,
Charlie

Not sure when she learned from Dave but I believe that list may be too long for Dave to give you an accurate recommendation.

I checked and it seems Bodytribe Fitness doesn't have a significant order history with us, so I can't comment on the general methodologies of the club.

I will not bash another trainer who is trying to make a living by training client.

I also can't endorse another trainer (and neither would Dave) that I know nothing about. Especially when we have some of the best powerlifting coaches on the planet here on our site.

Bottom line is, if you believe that she will help your bench press then, in essence, she will help your bench press if you put in the work.

Good luck with everything and hope it works out.

it's your money,
Mark Watts
