Hello Mrs. Ladewski,
My name is Chris craig and I had a question about training for my 13 y/o daughter. She is a competitive softball player and her position is catcher. This will be her first year of playing school ball and really getting more serious about her training. She would like to play in college and I want to help her get there.

My question is where do I start with her for strength and conditioning? My wife and I both do crossfit ( with a real coach) and I am also into powerlifting.

I just don't know what is best for her and I don't what her learning the wrong stuff because it's what I know.

Both my wife and I are huge fans of EliteFTS and I really enjoy your articles. We are local and live in plain city. Any help or advice would be very appreciated.

Chris Craig

I think you mean local to around Elitefts, right?? If that's the case, J.L Holdsworth would be closer to you in Columbus.

I'm up here near Chicago and would be MORE than happy to help you from a distance if you can't touch base with J.L.

Shoot me another message if you want to talk some more!!
