week 1 - offseason work
I'm playing around with some things to build more load tolerance in my lower back without beating it down too much.
This will be an experiment over the next little bit, as I prepare for the Semi finals in Oct.

Incline DB press: 3x10
Band flye: 3x20
Bench dip: 3x15
DB OHP: 3x10
Side lateral: 3x10
Band press-down: 3x15
Mcgills: 10x10sec hold
I did some other stuff, but I'm not going to lay it all out just yet.
I was SORE from Saturdays work, but felt good on monday night. This is actually very fun stuff right now. There is always a new challenge in life and lifting, so this is just par for the course.
I will be training again on Wed, and this day will not change from before as its just squat and dl assistance.
