10/20/LIFE™ - Training week 1 - day 3, squat and DL assistance
Day 3 - Squat and DL assistance.
One this day, we basically pick 6-7 exercises that will best aid our squat and DL the most. Right now, here is what I'm working on, and will keep it this way for 10/20 weeks.
Mcgill pull-up: 8 singles
Barbell rows: 3x10 - 135
Sumo Barbell shrugs: 3x10 - 315
One arm KB swing: 3x10 ea
Goblet squat 3x10
Mcgill crunch: 10x10sec hold
Another good day with training. Working on getting better each time. Gotta have fun, along the way otherwise its a bother.
I encourage you to try different things/methods and ideas in your training.
Chances are, your training is not even close to fully optimized. Is mine? Not yet - it can always be better and thats why I'm always pushing forward and if it doesnt work, I dont do it.
Those that have stopped trying learn are the ones that end up retarding their growth as a lifter and person.
