Thanks Brandon! I'll do these and get back to you on how its going! and yes, even though ill be on the mats, what are some conditioning related exercises i can add just so i have them?

If you are looking to do some extra conditioning work for when you aren't on the mat, here are some things you can do:

Hill Sprints
Tempo Runs
KB Swings
Row Erg
Prowler/Sled Work
Battle Ropes
Circuits of any of the above

Whatever you do, I recommend staying away from CrossFit. Nothing against it, but they will more than likely not have your athletic career in mind. If you want to pick up CrossFit after your career, that's a different story. The last thing your wrestling coach will want to hear is that you tore your labrum, gastroc, or having issues from CrossFit. I'm sure your S&C coach would probably not be happy either.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Best of Luck,
Brandon Smitley
