Hey team,

I'm trying pick out my next meet and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I've done a raw push/pull meet with the APF and am looking to do a full meet. I was just curious if anyone could help direct me to raw feds that allow knee wraps for squats. Thanks

There really aren't many exclusively raw feds.

Most federations today offer both equipped and raw divisions. A few to check out would be the APF, IPA, USAPL, SPF, USPF RPS and USPA.

As far as the knee wraps thing, this varies from fed to fed, but each meet should have this specified on the entry form. A lot of feds offer both raw with wraps and raw without wraps, because if there's one thing powerlifting needs, it's more categories.
