First off, I met you at the USPA meet this last March, congratulations on your lifting. Secondly, thank you for providing some insight on what you do with your athletes. I had one question in reading through some of the days. On the days labeled elite skill, big skill, etc. do you pick a movement for the day then curtail the rep/time requirement for the position of the athlete? One workout I noticed that the skill was pull-ups and for linemen they had the option of doing lat pulldowns instead to get the required reps, is this correct?

Lineman have a tougher time doing pull-ups due to BW and their strength. I have them perform x amount of the main movement and x amount of a supplemental lift that can help the main get better. Pull-ups and lat pulls here.
