Matt,
Since you have taken over whats your general layout for your Football program? What days do you lift and how are you programming your speed/agility/conditioning in preparation for the season.
Thanks for the insight.
Brad

Very simply,

MONDAY
-Sprint/Speed work
-Full body lift (Squat focus)

TUESDAY
-Conditioning (16 110's)

WEDNESDAY
-Agility Work
-Full body lift (Bench focus)

THURSDAY
-Conditioning (120 and 60 yard shuttles)

FRIDAY
-Agility Work
-Full Body Lift (Hang Clean focus)

This will change next summer. I have some new ideas that I really like and I'll implement them when this time comes around next year.

In-season will be 3 full body lifts.

SUNDAY
-Hang Clean focus
-Recovery

TUESDAY
-Squat focus
-Recovery

WEDNESDAY
-Bench focus
-Recovery

January through spring ball - 4 day lift

MONDAY
-Squat focus
-Heavy lower body

TUESDAY
-Bench focus
-Bodybuilding back and shoulder work

THURSDAY
-Squat rep
-Single-leg focus

FRIDAY
-Bench rep
-Bodybuilding back and shoulder work

This will continue after spring ball until 8 weeks out from camp when it switches to the 3 day work.
