Thanks for the info! I have the 5-3-1 program (1.1-1.4) bookmarked because my youngest son is using it this fall at college. I will look into it more in depth and see how it fits our situation. I like the idea of just advancing the reps for chronological/training age. Let me do a little more research and see what I come up with.
