Hi Shelby. With summer coming to an end I plan to take a week off starting this week. I am sitting at 6 percent Bf right now and plan on attempting a clean bulk. I would like to put on as mix size possible without going over 12percent BF. I was thinking of meal prepping 4 meals per day all being chicken with jasmine rice and broccli. Breakfast 5 eggs and oatmeal. I am 5-11 about 185 right now. Is there any numbers you think I should hit with my carbs,protein,etc to help my goal of a clean bulk? Thanks
