Thanks for the reply. The meet is oct 25. I believe you can weigh in fri night or say morning before the meet I hVe only been weighing my self on sat mornings ( 6 weigh ins) and my average is 245 thanks for the help
You will likely be fine to make weight for 242 just by watching your food and water consumption Friday before those evening weigh ins. I would highly suggest always taking the earlier weigh in time, even if you are going to make weight rather easily. You want to get that fuel in you before the meet as soon as possible.
Just keep track of your weight leading up until about 1-2 weeks outs and try to keep it around where you are now. Then get back in touch with me and we can go from there, but this will be incredibly easy to do and you won't suffer one bit.
