hi josh. I am attempting my first lean bulk. I am 22 years old and weight 190 around 8-9 percent BF. I am thinking on hitting around 250g of protein per day and about 350-400 grams of carbs, These will come mostly from chicken and rice. I want to do a clean bulk in hoped of keeping my BF low as possible while bulking (I know i will put on some fat). What do you think of these numbers and is there anything you recommend (supps, foods, numbers, etc) thanks a ton
I would make sure you are getting a good post-workout shake with 2-1 carb/protein ratio.
I would also make sure you are supplementing with BCAA and fish oil. Initially, I would start in the 3200-3500 calorie range and adjust off that, macros look fine as a starting point.
