Hey Shane, I a few more questions for you. I finally got my single ply squat suit and bench shirt in the mail today and I ordered the sizes that were suggested by Jo Jordan, the problem is I cannot get the bench shirt on at all, my arms fit but its a closed back and I cant get the thing to go over my shoulders to even be able to put both arms in at the same time, any suggestions on how to get it on? And also with the squat suit is it supposed to make my thighs bulge out the bottom seam like a fat girl wearing shorts 5 sizes too small? I know its supposed to be tight and uncomfortable but I just want to make sure. These my be dumb questions but I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. Thanks again for your time and all the help you've given me.
Not dumb questions at all.
Very common actually. The squat suit is correct. Since it's one layer it's got to squeeze the crap out of your legs to hold it in position.
For the bench shirt, try to put both arms about 90% on, then get someone to pull it over your head and down. Once it's over, it should be in place.
Be prepared for pain getting it off,
