Hey Chase I was wondering if you could look over my diet and tell me what you think. I read your articles on bulking and put together a plan based on it (kinda sorta). I'm 5'11 and 150lbs, a newbie to the gym but trying to put on weight.
Wake up - 2 scoops cheap whey, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp pb
While Lifting - Gatorade + Creatine
After Lifting - 2 chicken leg quarters, 1 cup rice-a-roni four cheese
Throughout the rest of the day - Snacks (Grilled Cheese, PB & J, Mini Cheese Pizzas, Cheese Quesadillas, stuff thats tasty but also has protein)
Right before bed - 2 scoops cheap whey, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 tbsp pb

It's hard to say without knowing what the total calories and macros are, but assuming you're getting sufficient calories and protein from what you posted I think you're off to a great start.
I'd like to see some more meat in there. At least at dinner. Other than that it looks like a solid start.
If you're gaining too much fat make sure to decrease your calories a bit. If you're not gaining any weight make sure to increase your calories a bit. Just make tweaks to your current plan based on your results.
