Okay so I'm a college javelin thrower and I'm trying to really perfect my diet so I can really get the most out of my training and reach my goals. I would say I have a good diet in general in that I don't just eat crap but I really wanna perfect my eating all the way down to the details.
I train twice a day. I will do a sprint or plyometric workout in the morning and lift in the afternoon. I weight 180 and around 14 percent body fat. Over the next 18 months my biggest goal is strength gain but I'd like to lean down as well.
How many calories should I eat? What should my macros look like? Is there a best time to eat?
I really appreciate any answers I can get! Thank you!

What does your diet look like now? What do your days look like when your not training?
There is no blanket statement to cover you. But, we are more than happy to help you achieve your goals.
I threw 58.10 m back in my day,
