Gentlemen, good day.
I have been consuming 3,2k kcal/day what has been putting 0,5-1kg / month on my weight. As I have a 9-17h job, I train in the evenings (getting home by 20:30h). Therefore, lots of my calories come from my post training meal (dinner): around 1,2k (70g pro; 125 carb and 30 fat).
The problem is (I dunno if that has anything to do wiht my age - I am turning 35) I am having troubles to sleep after such a huge meal - even if i wait 2/3 hours to go to bed.
I am 1,88 tall and weight 80 - planning to get to 85kg, do you think it would be ok to reduce the dinner and spread the calories on other meals? Always heard that at least half of the calories should be on postworkout..broscience?
